What is Reiki? 

Reiki is often described as "energy work," and that's true - but what most people actually experience is a deep reset.

It's not about belief. It's not about performance. It's about regulation.

In a world that keeps our nervous system on high alert, Reiki creates space for the body to settle. When the body feels safe enough to soften, it functions differently. Stress patterns shift. Mental noise quiets. Emotions untangle.

I'm not fixing anything in you. I'm supporting your system while it recalibrates itself.

Some people feel warmth. Some feel heaviness. Some just feel deeply relaxed. What matters most is that the nervous system moves out of survival mode and back toward balance. 

Healing doesn't have to be dramatic. Often, it starts with the body finally getting the rest it hasn't had in a long time.

A little about me

I've always been deeply intuitive, but over time I've learned that sensitivity is most powerful when it's grounded. Reiki became a way to channel that awareness into something steady, practical, and supportive. Having been down my own healing journey, I understand how hard it can be to regulate your nervous system and find peace within yourself.

With a foundation in healthcare and teaching, I value humility, clarity, and responsibility in healing work. My focus is nervous system regulation and helping clients reconnect to their own internal stability - not dependency.

I don't promise miracles. I support integration.

Whether in person or at a distance, sessions are centered, respectful, and designed to help you return to yourself.
